Haigouhi Corriveau
Executive Director
Haigouhi has been in the senior living industry for 20 years. She has held her Assisted Living Administrator License for the past 10 years. Her professional background is in recruiting, sales, and operations. Her high level of commitment, honesty, sincerity, professionalism and dedication to her work are just a few of her strong traits. Haigouhi’s leadership style lends itself to transparency, flexibility and the willingness to jump in anywhere she is needed. Haigouhi enjoys spending time with her large Armenian family, her husband, and two children. Her family time is filled with extracurricular sports and activities.
Trish Mancini, RN
Director of Wellness
Tricia has been a nurse for over 20 years. Her experience ranges from hospitals, homecare and assisted living communities. She is a mother to her handsome son Ryan and 4-year old German Shepard, Haanz. Tricia is a busy person but never too busy for the residents. She dedicates her time to providing the best care and direction for her staff. She has a passion in all that she does and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to helping our seniors. In her free time, you can find Tricia in South County at the beaches, enjoying music, and concocting healthy recipes.
Paul DeAngelis

Paul began his culinary career at an early age, inspired by his Southern Italian parents and their love and respect for quality and tradition. He began working in restaurants at the age of 16 and sought opportunities over the next 10 years to further develop his own creativity. Paul graduated from the Cullinary institute of America and also studied in Italy to perfect his skills. In 1995 he decided to bring his love of food to the senior living industry, he has continued since then sharing his love of fine food with the seniors of RI. Paul is a RI native and lives in Northern RI with his wife. He is the proud Dad to two daughters.
Ashlee Leonardo
Grandview Gardens Program Director

Ashlee holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked in the health care field with memory care for over 6 years as a certified nursing assistant and certified medication technician. She recently obtained her Certified Dementia Practitioner certificate to further her passion for increasing the quality of life for those with memory impairments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, quilting, or taking her dog, George, for a hike.
Lisa Toth
Sales and Marketing Director
Lisa holds a B.S. in Public Administration from Russell Sage College. A native Rhode Islander with ties to the East Greenwich/Cowesett area, Lisa has lived, worked and volunteered in this community for over 25 years. She has worked with health care and community organizations in volunteer administration, long term care facility marketing, and community outreach and event coordination for The East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce. Lisa joined The Seasons family in 2016 and enjoys sharing our community with potential residents and their families, as well as community professionals.
Judith Lutz
Activities Director
Judi has been a member of The Seasons staff since 2016. She is a licensed CNA and has worked as an activities professional in senior living for many years prior to joining the team. Judi started her career at The Seasons as the Activities Coordinator of Grandview Gardens. She is currently pursuing her Activities Certification. Judi brings a sense of excitement and fun to everyday life here at The Seasons.
Joseph Fratus
Director of Maintenance
Joe holds a B.S. in management from Johnson and Whales university. Joe has a variety of experience beginning his career as a special education professional in Warwick Public Schools. Joe continued with the school department becoming a general contractor and maintenance professional. Joe has been working in Assisted Living building management since 2018 and joined the Seasons team in 2020. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family cheering on his children in their various activities and playing Golf.
Mary Rini
Human Resources Manager
Mary holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She spent 25 years in Recruiting before making the move to Human Resources in 2018. Mary has lived in Kent County over 30 years and joined The Seasons family in 2020 as our Human Resources and Payroll Manager. An avid gardener, Mary can be seen around the property at The Seasons tending to the seasonal flowers. In her free time Mary enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 dogs, Colby and Marty.
